Take yourself from dabbling to dedicated with a self-pace guide - Becoming Plant-Based - COMING SPRING 2026!

The focus is on giving you skills and knowledge that enable you to sustainably master living and loving the plant-based lifestyle!

There are 10 progressive, self-paced modules: 
Module 1: Let's Start Eating. Get inspired and immediately feel empowered to get busy in your kitchen, regardless of whether your cooking skills are basic or you're a seasoned cook.

Module 2: Know your Enemy. Recognize the problems and challenges with our current "system" and how it has contributed to our obesity epidemic and associated health issues. 

Module 3: Plant-Based Science - the Basics. Explore essential science and other facts about nutrition and why eating plants is the healthiest option. Empower yourself to make informed food choices so you can confidently heal from / prevent chronic disease.

Module 4: Setting you up for Success. All around you are physical, social and emotional obstacles that are already trying to derail your efforts. We're going to do our darndest to get rid of them, so you're set up to succeed!

Module 5: Sourcing Food. Learn how to source/buy the most economical, nutritious plant foods and other ingredients commonly found in a plant-based kitchen. Master the art of properly storing produce when you bring it home.

Module 6: Meal-Making the Plant-Based Way.  Learn food preparation techniques for different categories of plant foods. Start cooking with the tried and true essential plant foods and master the dishes you will find in any plant-based kitchen.  Build more confidence in being a plant-based cook. Meet key bloggers/vloggers in the plant-based cooking arena and build your recipe collection.

Module 7:  Become a Master Plant-Based Eater. Master the nutritional nuances and explore more strategies that will make your journey to the plant-based lifestyle easier, healthier and more enjoyable too!

Module 8: Community and Connection. Get connected and slip-streamed into the plant-based community around you.  Make connections with the broader scientific community and those that are driving systemic change.  

Module 9: Diving Deeper into the Plant-Based Lifestyle and It's Benefits. Become aware that eating plant foods does more than just benefit your health...... it also benefits the world around you!

Module 10: Living the Lifestyle.  A fun game to confirm you're well settled into your new lifestyle, a look into the possible future of food and healthcare, and a set of activities to wrap things up.
