The book that started it all!

I'd been struggling with weight and wellbeing issues for decades: 30 years of obesity struggles and endless diets and gym grinds going nowhere, a cervical cancer scare, pre-diabetes diagnosis and 4 prescriptions.... all in my mid-late 40s.  Then a friend suggested I read this book, and my life did a complete 180.  It was a transformational read.... literally.
