When we're open to changing what we're doing we have the potential to sustainably solve our chronic health problems and age well.... it's a matter of knowing HOW, and getting the right SUPPORT. That's the community I'm here to serve. Aging vibrantly and having a health span equal to our lifespan is within everyone's reach. I'm passionate about building LIFESTYLE MEDICINE resources and services that help 50+ers reclaim their health so their retirement years can be all that they want them to be.
I'm living testimony to the power of transformation - 3 decades of obesity struggles, a cervical cancer scare, a pre-diabetes diagnosis and 4 prescriptions ALL GONE! I've been applying the principles of LIFESTYLE MEDICINE since 2011.

My Philosophy
We ALL have an opportunity, every day, to get closer to sustainable wellbeing, so we can live long, vibrant lives.
Chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune disease and high blood pressure don't have to happen. The food we eat, and how we live our lives determines how chronic diseases manifest or progress...... IT'S A CHOICE.... we are more in control of our health and wellbeing than we have been conditioned to believe. Marketing and social influencing are powerful distractors from the truth.
When we ADOPT A LIFESTYLE that embraces the six pillars of wellbeing we can slow down, and may even reverse/stop disease progression so we can get back to living full and vibrant lives.
I am here to support you on your unique journey, regardless of what stage of readiness you are at..... from "I'm not sure I even want to do this" all the way up to "show me how, I'm ready!"
You are the captain, and I am your co-pilot, ready to listen to you and support you, providing evidence based nutrition counseling and guiding you through each stage of change, so you can achieve sustainable wellbeing.
