Workshops

Workshops are where we BUILD NEW HABITS.

First, we dive deeper on a specific topic to understand the WHAT and the WHY, and then we apply that knowledge to master the HOW, exploring through role play, completing an exercise, walking through scenarios or conducting Q&A.  Then you take that new habit and integrate it into your life.

Workshops are held on Monday evenings, starting at 6:00pm CST.

Durations will vary based on content: 30 mins, 60 mins.

For the price of a breakfast taco, or a cup of fancy coffee learn to build habits that will give you a lifetime of wellbeing.
