How it works

Private, 1-hour discussions (in person or remote), by appointment.

You may come for random, single sessions or engage in a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month partnership of weekly discussions.

Our conversations are unique to where you are in your stage of change and what is right for you in that moment.

You are the Captain - with full autonomy to decide and do what is right for you. 

I am your Navigator - helping you find the best path forward.

This is not a program - it is as unique as you, your wellbeing and the life that you want.​​

If you are on any type of medication you must be prepared to actively and regularly check in with your physician, because as you heal your medications will probably need to be adjusted.
